Seasonic SS-400FT and Seasonic SS-400FB, same thing?

In Germany there is currently just one dealer selling Super Tornado PSUs and he's got both a Seasonic SS-400FB (Retail) and a Seasonic SS-400FT (Bulk) listed; the Seasonic SS-400FT is about $25 cheaper. Judging from seasonic's website theay appear to be the same, but are they?

Is that the tornado, or teh super silencer? i can't tell by the model numbers

FB is the tornado.
I'm with a SS-400FT rev.3 and judjing from the articles posted here about the FB version the only difference I see is that FT doesn't have the wire for RPM monitoring, the retail box and the wire management plastic spring. The fan, fan controlling ciruit and other insides are 1:1 the same. I'm very pleased with my unit both in terms of silence and power levels. Even the rubber washers that silence the fan are there in the FT.

The only german retailer for Seasonic I have ever found is WPC Import & Export in Wesel. Their website is weird beyond words.
