I'm not sure I'd trust such a connector/adapter (were it to exist) in such a high priced system (motherboard, 2 server-class chips, PSU, etc). Since you're going w/ Seasonic, why not try the Super Silencer 460?

The adapter is to convert the 24-pin ATX plug that's on the PSU and allow it to be used on a standard ATX 20-pin motherboard. Not the aother way around. In other words, the 400W & 460W SS are EPS straight out of the box w/o adapters.
