I'm looking to replace PSU in a Asus Pundit-R barebone, with a more powerful unit 250W+ and hopefully quiter unit. Haven't managed to track one doen yet and Asus aren't helpful at all. The dimensions of the unit are approx 80x120x120, overview of the unit can be seen here:

Can you open up the case and read the specs on the current PSU? There might be a form factor such as ATX, SFX, etc. There should also be a brand name and model number of the PSU.
Don't absolutely count on being able to use a higher power PSU. Some form factors don't exceed 200 watts.
But you might be able to replace the fan, and/or control it with a fanmate. I believe that Seasonic makes a 200 watt SFX PSU and it might be a little quieter and have a bit more reserve power than most other brands.

Based on the model number in the pic above, it appears the unit below uses the same PSU. I am not sure if PSU described below is a standard form factor with its 60mm fan placement:
