3.3v too high?

I have a Nexus 3500 PSU and yesterday the ASUS POST reporter started to speak in Windows "CPU test failed" or something like that. Everything seems to work but it's anoying to hear that warning all the time. I checked Hardware Monitor in BIOS and it shows my 3.3v beeing around 3.70v and all the voltages changes slightly all the time.

How can I check the 3.3v with a voltmeter? In the ATX connector only?

And is it dangerous to use it with 3.7v instead? What could happen?

Check that the atx connector is on the right way round.
You can also try another psu, cos you might have a problem with the current one.
If the problem still happens then the problem is due to a motherboard problem.

If the atx connector was mounted incorrectly, which should be hard to do, I guess the computer wouldn't start at all. Anyway, I tried an NX 3000 and the 3.3v is back to normal.

And I wonder what could happen if I use a PSU with too high 3.3v line. It feels bad to throw it away if it works.
