Depending on interface cards and cable length you might need an extension.

I have a Rev 1 S12-430 in a P180 with Asus A8V Deluxe. The ATX12V is stretched to its limit. I even unbraided the cable to get an extra 0.5" or so, and mounted the PSU with the fan on top.

Without any PCI cards, I might have a little more slack.

If you need extensions for the ATX, you can use this:

I'm using an Asus A8R-MVP, but otherwise my hardware is the same as yours. It worked ok in the end, but I also ended up untwisting the cables to get an extra 1/2". It's not really tight, but there's not much slack to play with either. Of course, without extensions, cable routing is obviously not possible.
