SP 2.0 vs NeoHE?

Hi everyone. just noticed that the Antec Smartpower line have modular cables , so I was wondering, why are they so much cheaper than the NeoHE?

AFAIK the SP-500W is the only modular version.. and pricier ($/W). With the NeoHE, you're paying for efficiency, dedicated 3.3/5.0v circuits, 3% regulation and EPS12V support.
