Building new high end system, need quiet psu

Upgrading my system soon, going to be pretty dang fast, but I want to keep it as quiet as possible. I need to determine which PSU I should get, or if maybe my existing S-12 430 will work. How much power will this need? I'd prefer not spending a fortune, but I will if I have to.

Conroe E6600 running as fast as I can make it go with a Scyth Ninja and one orange yate loon (3.0+ghz hopefully)

2GB DDR2 As fast as it'll go.

Intel D975XBX (*** Requires some 8-pin connector from PSU??***)

2x 7900GT 256mb vmod+OC to equal or surpass GTX core, but half the ram of a gtx - both of these with zalman vf900cu heatsinks.

1x 74GB Raptor

2x Samsung SP1614C (160gb spinpoint, older model) label says: 0.5A 12V / 0.7A 5V - does that mean 2((0.5x12)+(0.7x5))= 19W total?

1x CDRW / DVD-reader

Sound Blaster Audigy 2 value.

I think that's it. It'll go in my P180. Case fans will be 1-3 orange yate-loons at up to 12v.

You might run into some powerissues but I'm not sure. That probibly depends on how much you succed on the overclocking.
At stock the PSU will work just fine so unless you are loosing massive amount of cash then try out your present PSU and buy a more powerful one if needed

My system is similar (Asus P5W instead of Intel, and one 7900 KO instead of two 7900 GT). I've overclocked the CPU to 3 GHz (was higher for a while, but I dialed it back to run the fans slower).

My peak power draw at the wall was 220W. With a second 7900, you might see 320 W.
