If SPCR can run an overclocked Pentium D with a x1950xtx card from a 350W power supply, then you can have no doubt that you'll be able to run an undervolted E4300 with a 1950gt from a 330W power supply. Your maximum power draw I would guess to be less than 200W with the 1950gt. See this article for more details:

Should handle easily and with a decent amount of headroom. You're even undervolting your cpu, which should help keep power down.
