New line of Fortron PSUs

Fortron Group (FSP) recently made a new modular cable PSU line called Everest. They are high-end (800-1010W) but they also claim <30dBa on them, and a >85% efficiency. I know FSP makes some very good products, and they've been in the PSU business since the late '80s I think.

Anyhoo, I don't suppose any of you have any experience with their recent PSUs? I can't find a review of the new Everest series, but have found some positive ones of the Epsilon series, and they are similar apart from the modular design. What I noticed the most is that pretty much all of the reviewers found that FSPs claims matched their test results.

On a sidenote they have a 400W passively cooled PSU rated at 89% efficiency.

Now that's impressive.

lets hope they have better voltage regulation than the higher end epsilon series, which to put it nicely are disgusting (what i'd expect of a cheap generic, not high end stuff). and out of spec voltage ripple. see:

They're just Epsilon modular.

Ah hrm sucks about the voltages :(

Ok thanks, gonna scratch them off the list for now then. :)
