Ive noticed Anandtech has been focusing more on quiet parts recently, with this, the mod82, WD GP's all being reviewed in the last month.

It's a pretty decent PSU from Anandtech review. The only question left to be answered was its electric buzzing .

Btw, I've noticed Anand has been doing previews/semi-reviews recently. They were once the best in review quality.

They don't comment on the build quality, but it looks a little homemade to me.

It also falls out of spec on the 3.3V line above 90% power. It's no SPCR review, that's for sure. They don't even open it up, and look at all those screws, just asking to be removed. :)

EDIT:

I think that's just a function of the parts that get sent to them. CE companies are finally realizing that silence is marketable.

Surely they did open it up, it's on 4th and 5th page.
