silent system final choice

Hi,
Thanks to your help I finally managed to narrow down my choice to few components. But, I have not enough experience to make a decision.
The reason I need a silent pc is because it seats in my bedroom.
I have Phenom II 965 BE, ATI Force 3D 4850 Black Edition.

Please help me choose the most silent choice among these compoents.
I do mostly Photo-retouching (CPU intensive) and some times HD Video Editing (both CPU and GPU intensive)

1st Option
CASE: Antec SOLO
PSU: Coolemaster Silent Pro M600 (or the other edition if any better)
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U12P SE2 (Does it fit the SOLO)



2nd Option
CASE: Antec SOLO
PSU: Nexus NX-5000 or Arctic Fustion 550R
CPU Cooler: Scythe Ninja II Rev.B Heatpipe CPU Cooler, with 120mm fan
