How much power for a dual socket F server board?

I just bought some cheap server hardware on ebay. Could anyone give me an idea what kind of power it will draw?

Arima NM46X (nvidia MCP55 Pro chipset)
2x Opteron 2214 (dual-core 2.2Ghz), 95W TDP each
24GB DDR2 (12 DIMMs)
a minimal PCI/PCIe fanless video card
a cheap SATA SSD for storage
2x 120mm cpu fans
no case

I tried using some of the PSU calculators, and they suggest 600W, but from reading this site that seems far too high. Would something like 350W be enough?

i'd venture a guess that it might be a bit too close for comfort close at 350. the nvidia chipsets were more power hungry, and having 12 sticks of ddr2 is going to hurt you as well.

that said, i'd try it with a good single rail 400w unit. see what your idle draw is then start stressing cores while watching your power draw.

of course, i could be off, and you might not even draw 300w. im certainly hoping you'll report back with some results, maybe a little build log. :D
