I bought it after all as there was no other APFC around here

It's a very quiet PSU - ADDA hypro bearing fan?, efficiency min 65% typical 70%, somehow big heatsinks. A nice PSU but there is a small brrrr brrrr brrr, even when the computer is off! it cannot be heard from 1-2 meters in the evening but still ....
I swithced 2 PSU, it's obviously normal noise. If there is no seasonic or forton psu around, I suggest you buy it
