latest and mildly cheap at the wall power needs tester?
I remember things like Power Angels. I think I need such a thing to see max draw on my PSU. I have too many oddball component combinations and I am unsure I will be approaching the max on my seasonic 460 fanless

P3 Kill a Watt is what I use. It's cheap and reasonably accurate for >10W.

If you want to know the power draw of your components, you are doing it on the wrong side of the PSU. Get clamp meter for that.
