Hi, if I can get both for the same price but don't need the extra wattage, which one will be quieter? I think I remember reading that the 650 was quieter, I'm just not sure it was about this model.

The 650W looks to be quieter than the 750...but both should be passive for your loads (if this is still the Node 304 build).
