I don't suppose this new HDD cooler does anything much for noise, but it might be just the thing if you have low airflow around the drive cage and don't want to add yet another fan:

Looks like it should work good... But I think it is the full width of a 5.25" drive, so the drive can't be suspended afterwards like you can do with the Zalman heatpipe cooler...
