Quiet 1.8" laptop drives?

I have a laptop (Toshiba Portege 2000) which is unusual in that it uses a 1.8" hard drive (Toshiba MK2003GAH). The problem is, this thing is LOUD - idle whine is quite noticeable, and seeks are audible from across the room.
Now I would like to replace it. Are there any quiet 1.8" drives out there?

I have an IBM X40 notebook with a Hitachi DK13FA-40B, 1.8 inch HDD and it is also a bit noisy (especially compared with the 40GB HDD in my IBM X30).

I've been looking for a quiet, 1.8 inch, HDD replacement for a couple of months but haven't been able to find one yet.
