Best price, I've seen in the UK.

Order online and Collect at Store to get the discount.

The one that I bought had a Nidec motor. In any event they come in a clear plastic case, so you can easily inspect the underside before buying it.

Well spotted.. although there are other options - Komplett do the WD3200JB (Western Digital Caviar SE 320GB IDE ATA/100 8MB 7200RPM) for 92GBP.
The SP works out at 29.24p per GB, while the WDC at 28.75p per GB.

(ok, the flaw in my argument is that if you add delivery at 6GBP to the cost of the WDC the price is 30.63p/GB :()

PS Shouldn't this thread be in the "Deals, Vendors & Classifieds" forum?

I bought a graphics card from savastore. Broken disk, matter still unresolved.

Wouldn't shop with them again. A few extra quid is well worth it just to avoid their moronic customer service.

Just a word of warning to anyone thinking about using them.

I'm gonna order some, I'll report back if they have NIDEC motors. Fingers crossed, otherwise I'll have to sell them :(

Doh! I just RMAd something.. they sent me a firewire cable instead of a SCART...
actually, just checked the status.. apparently they refunded me.. which is silly - because I explicitly asked them many times, in the letter I sent with the returned item, in the online RMA form, and in an e-mail to send the correct item instead. Yup, morons.
Ok, I'll avoid them in the future :)
