Any recommendation for an external esata HDD?

Hello,

Anybody have any positive experiences with an external esata HDD?. I've read up on the Seagate FreeAgent Pro and WD My Book series. They both seem to do the job.

I'm looking for 500 GB for external mirroring of data and the esata for the transfer speed. Of course the quieter the better.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
