Samsung F1 320GB impossible to find

I wanted to get a second Samsung F1 320GB drive but it seems they are impossible to find anywhere. Most sites like Newegg say its a de activated item. Has the 320GB f1 drive been discontinued or something?

I got 1 from NCIX Canada about a month ago...the only listing from ebay now is from a PowerSeller:

I have not seen it anywhere else either.
