5400 or 7200 RPM, doesn't matter.

Well, that wouldn't be possible until they got to 750GB platters which they're only just getting to 667GB I believe. So in theory 1.33TB 2-platter drives could be coming at some point. But probably not until a little while after the bigger 2TB 3-platter drives arrive which sounds like it should be soon.
