2800+ XP on an abit KV7. Computer wont boot at all at 2800+ regardless of the voltage settings, and when its set to 2700+ it needs to have a Voltage of at least 1.70 to post, and then 1.75 to be stable.
what the heck? Isnt the normal setting like 1.65 volts?

Well I got it to run a 1.65volts at 2600+ speeds...
Temp hasent changed at all, still idling at ~51. People with comparable systems have idle temps of well under 45.

Have you overclocked it, a lot?, in the past? It kind of sounds like it's dead, or going to be soon.

Have you checked the *actual* voltage?
On my computer (XP-M 2500+ at 2300 MHz), the voltage according to MBM 5 is 0.03 to 0.05 V lower than the BIOS setting. My motherboard is an NF7-S v2.0.

the voltage readings that I set the MB to were the same I was getting reported by speedfan.
