its not april fools day yet... *blinks* Ok, I think peoples WILL have some serious issues fitting that monster with dual fans... Even with Single fan...
If single 140mm fan would be installed middle of the fins, then size wouldn't be that muchof an problem, but if two fans are installed outer sides of the fins... Yeah, well... That looks big...
Luckily it accepts also all 120mm fans so you are not limited to 140mm only.
It still probably performs like winner, even though its monster size and probably high price ( its Thermalright after all ) I still probably would take Ultra 120 instead that. Less problems fitting I'd say.

i think this is actually one too many steps in the "larger is better" heatsink trend.
With cpu thermals dropping with every new revision, you'd think they would start innovating again to provide similar cooling as a large heatsink in a smaller package. Say with some of that stuff from the main page (iso skin) instead of aluminum fins.
whichever company steps up to use that stuff first, and designs it to be compact yet still with the same performance as these monstrocities, they will have a huge winner on their hands.

Looks like Scythe Mine beefed up to Scythe Infinity level by putting more fins in and heatpipes. I'm sort of bemused though, I'm sure hard-core overclockers would like it, but it's sort of pointless as majority of new CPUs have reasonable heat dissipation now.
Me still hugs my Ninja heatsinks, those are absolutely awesome, I will not trade them for anything. One of them cools my P4 3.4GHz in P180 with only one antec case fan on low to 30 degrees celsius idle.
