Just ordered the new Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme and Scythe Fan from Coolerguys.

good question, thermalright's site states:

Compatibility:

INTEL: All Intel LGA775 processors
AMD: All AMD Socket AM2 Processors

no mention of 939 whatsoever...

It does NOT come with the S939 bolt-thru connector, but Thermalright has said the kit for S939 will be available next week.
