Does Ultra 120 Extreme fit on P5K Deluxe?

Hi. I'm interested in using the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme in a P182 case, which I know isn't a problem. I'm in the process of selecting a P35 motherboard and Asus P5K Deluxe or one of the Gigabyte P35 mbs look good.

Does anyone know if the Ultra 120 Extreme fits on the P5K Deluxe? Doesn't look like an easy fit on the GIGABYTE GA-P35-DQ6. Thanks!

Ultra-120 Ex fit P5K-dlx without problem.

The fan on the ultra 120 also cools the ram very well. You should use another fan, or the powersupply to pull heat off the top VRM heatsink as well. Otherwise, cooling on this board seems pretty good. The Northbridge, VRM, southbridge heatpipe heatsink does quite well.

Yes, it does. www.thermalright.com actually has a pretty decent compatibility list.
