It would be quite useful to post which cpu you are using. If it isn't one of the highest-powered, you could give the Arctic Cooling Alpine 64 a try.
It's light, cheap and very quiet compared to the stock cooler. See a SPCR review here.

Zalman's 9500 is not the most silent you can get, nor can you choose its fan without an arduous fan swap, but it could be good enough. And it only weighs 530 grams! It's not gargantuan, and I have no doubts about it fitting in a standard tower case like the P150.
I'm happy with my Zalman, a 7000B-Alcu. It is inaudible(silent) with both QFAN and a Fan Mate 2 dropping its voltage, but with default settings it was audible. It also gets quite audible quite quickly when the RPM grow, but this is a light model mind you, and with no heatpipes.
Zalman is an established brand with fine coolers that will serve their customers well. They are not the most extreme, but close enough. Just like most of us users.

Zalman's page for 9500(AM2): http://www.zalman.co.kr/eng/product/vie ... 2&code=005
Also, where do you live? If you're in the EU, it might be easy just ordering one from a neighbouring country in case yours only has a few poor retailers. You'll only end up paying a little more on postage, but you might even save on price due to taxes!

what about " Freezer 64 Pro" ? is he quiet? can i control his speed?
PWM-controlled, so you'll have native control if you have a PWM-compatible motherboard or controller, otherwise you'll need an additional controller. It uses a clamp and not bolts for fastening, which I personally don't like.
Judging by Frostytech's rough scales, it's in the same league of volume with the 9500 I suggested: http://www.frostytech.com/articleview.c ... 895&page=3. They don't provide adequate (if any) description as to what the noise character is like though, so you'll have to hope an owner comes along to verify if it's intrusive or not. They do say it's not silent at stock speeds though, so it may be more aggressive than you were hoping for... and that thermal testing they do has nothing to do with real life. 125W and 12V on the fan, come ooon!

Why wouldn't the 9500 fit your M2N-E? http://fi.asus.com/358/images/products/1181/1181_l.jpg <- it'll rise right above that and blow across it. Judging by photos from both manufacturers, I'm betting the Zalman's front edge will be where that plastic ring around the socket is, and there will be an opening there. I also browsed some Finnish forums, and found people who use the AM2 9500 on an Asus M2N-E, so it's a-okay.
I don't like the Mine as the 100mm fan size is an oddity, and it's not compact, although will probably fit in the P150. The additional size in sink and fan probably account for the extra oomph; question is, does it make a difference? Probably not. It's also fixed in its orientation and uses clamps.
Price wasn't mentioned as an issue, and I don't find the Zalmans unreasonable.

I put together a machine with the Freezer 64 Pro with a 65W AM2 X2 4200+ CPU on an Abit NF-M2 motherboard in a Solo case a while back. The case exhaust fan is the stock Tricool on the low setting, and the PSU is a Seasonic S12 380W. I was building this machine on someone else's nickel, so I picked the Freezer 64 Pro because it was cheap but still a decent performer. This motherboard has PWM fan control, and I can't hear the CPU fan when the system is idle, though my room isn't the quietest. I can definitely hear the CPU fan crank up when the system is under load for a while, though the character of the sound is not offensive.
I'm currently upgrading another machine with an AM2 X2 4800+ Brisbane on an Abit AN-M2HD motherboard, also in a Solo case. I'm going to try the HR-01 with the duct in this machine so that I can hopefully avoid the need for a CPU fan. I may try the 120mm AC PWM fan for the case exhaust. The HR-01 isn't especially light, though, and it is top heavy according to the SPCR review.

Thanks for the data truckman.
And about the HR-01: I couldn't use the duct myself, because I need the mobo components cooled as well as the CPU. I'm suspecting that a lot of my crashes were not in fact caused by a faulty PSU, but by overheating VRM or some such. Regardless, a bottom-intake PSU alleviated both possible causes.

Sounds like you have a winner. Enjoy your cooler!dids22 wrote:about 50c on load
and yeah, the gpu have passive colling
If you're not looking to spend much, you could try the Cooler Master Hyper TX 2. From what I've read, it's very similar to the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro. Also, if you want to get the Scythe Mine, xoxide.com has an open box one for $20 plus shipping.
