HS/F for Athlon II based HTPC

So I’m going to rebuilding my HTPC (currently based on an old Athlon XP 2800) and am looking at a Athlon II + 785G combo.

I’ve used the stock Phen II HS/F with success for quiet builds but I don’t know if the Athlon II gets the same heatsink (I heard it doesn’t), anyone have any experience with it?
