Hi,

Well, the push/pull fans are made entirely out of clear plastic, which is not a good sign for noise. And the heatsink itself has a power supply -- that has it's own heatsink:

I wasn't about to order one for myself, so didn't even check it, but the separate PSU kills it.

Further, I'm not sure the material inside the pipes is something I want let inside my house, in case there is defect in the heatsink.

Looks like its the best cooler to date when run without fans.
