scythe mugen-2 vs kabuto for this set up

im looking for quiet over cooling what would be best for this rig
-AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition
-G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB 2x2
-ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO/U3S6 AM3 785G
-2 Western Digital Caviar RE 320GB
-lite on IDE dvd burner iHAP422-08
-creative SB X-FI audio 9400
-1 120mm exhaust
-memory card reader/writer
-antec solo case
-windows 7 64bit

Both are good. Mugen 2 allows you to use duct however if you so please. And it at least have bolt-thru-attachment. I am not sure of kabuto.

is it true that the kabuto and other blow down fans reduce motherboard temps. mine is 33c same as the cpu with the stock heatsink

It seems like they use very similar fins. One the Kabuto is a down draft cooler. Sort of the Scythe version of the tower and downdraft Noctua cpu coolers.

ys seem to be less efficient at cooling the CPU, but they do have the disbenefit of cooling things other than the CPU.

So what is more important to you: cooling the CPU to the last degree, to get the last bit of overclocking, or cooling everything to extend the life of the board?
