Looks very promising. It'll be interesting to see how SPCR rate the fans in a test. 
The heatsink is of an uncomplicated but sound looking design. I don't supposed the package will be precisely cheap, but if the fans are really that good, and I like the idea for the fan mounts. I've had enough of metal clips...
