Must say I like the looks of the Mugen Macho, ehh I mean Mugen Max. :) Would be nice to see a Mugen Max 120 in the future.

Would be nicer to see availability in North America first, starting with the Kotetsu

Have you given a look there? http://www.scytheus.com/where-to-buy/ Besides, if they act as Scythe Europe, you should be able to directly ask them for a quote.

First initial reviews don't pair it quite up to the level of Noctua NH-D15 and others (in max cooling, with stock fan at high):

In the same test, it doesn't appear to be any quieter (could be even more, hard to say what is the error margin in those dB measurements).

BlackHoleTec gets similar results against Thermalright silver Arrow and Noctua D15

Which is not SPCR (and, likely, SPCR readers) scenario.
