i don't have any issues with the psu fan, no noise no heat. as i said, just curiosity.
i meant not to the top, but to the rear of the case , like the rear case fan.
why they don't design the psu's like this, which nothing will block the air flow .
btw, psu fan push the air in side the case , or takes it outside?

OK, now I understand what you meant, but you have already all of the answers in my previous post

if the psu fan push air to the case, so maybe it's right, but if it take air outside of the case i thing it's wrong.

Don't try to be more clever than guys engineering these things

Almost Mac Pro
And wheels for sure were cheaper :]
With all your concerns about temperatures and ventilation you seem like a person, who all the time run some damn HWInfo and looks, if your 5800X isn't likely to cause fire
It will be fine, really - just keep your pc clean, so mostly hoover the filters when they get dusty. You can remount the door to make it open to opposite site to have more convenient access to front filter. How? Manual.

The PSU fan is an intake fan. So, it pulls air from the bottom and blows out the back of the case. You only need 1/2" to 1" of clearance for an intake fan (where there becomes negligible resistance to airflow and not affect performance). So, case feet on a hard surface = good. Case feet on plush carpet = bad.
If the fan on the bottom blew down through the bottom of the case, you'd need several inches of clearance for it not to affect the fan performance.
