Well, expensice at the moment, but it might have potential for low cost mass production in the future.
I think one major advantage is low power consumptions and small size. So an early use might be in high end laptops in a few years.
In a stationary computer where you can spend more space I think they will have a very hard time trying to beat heatpipes.
