What is this Japanaflo; some version of Panaflo? Why is it so special?

Thanks!

japanflos are panaflos made from japan - there was a debate that was settled about panaflos made in japan and china, where the ones made in japan are better

I literaly put three of these Japanaflo's I got from Jab-Tech minutes ago and have to say they have made a HUGE difference in the db's my PC put's out. And thats without any fan control & with them running at full power. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
