NMB 92mm?

Post by Wex » Sun Oct 17, 2004 9:04 pm

I found a 92mm NMB DC fan and the model number is 3610KL-04W-B30. Does any one have this fan or have any info? It's pretty quiet and makes little bearing noise etc, except for some humming a foot or two away... Just a little curious because I havn't really heard of NMB all that much.

Here's NMB's data sheet for that series. It's sort of the mid-speed fan in that range.

I've never heard that exact model, but NMB makes some very good quiet fans in 80mm and 120mm (usually they're the ones with the "B10" suffix).

I would see why you havnt heard of that model. It's an old fan, found it in one of my dads old SGI desktops from at least 1990something when he used to work there. Thanks for the feedback Ralf, you've been a real help lately.

My 92mm NMB says 12v on it so it must be =P. I guess since mine is one of the older models, mine is quiet??? This seems to be the case with most other fan companies also.
