Can't say I have... but a couple of years ago (I think it was two) they sold case fans dubbed 'silencer' if I'm not misstaken.

They seemed to be pretty decent.

They used to be Papst; some months ago, they turned out to be Zalman. Now I don't know what they're selling.

Thanks. Remark: I tried to order from them but there's something wrong with their order page which did not allow me to complete the order.

I thought Papsts were quiet. How do you know it's a Papst and what model is it?

this is the "ultra quiet 80mm case fan" i got from their UK site. it spins slow but has an annoying buzz which is amplified when mounted in the case. i find its much better to buy a normal speed fan and slow it down with a fanmate. my favorite at the moment is coolermaster 92mm. http://www.coolermaster.com/products/ca ... leeve.html

i just got a few of them, and there are zalman. They come with some kind of voltage resister/adapter or whatever that thing is called that adjusts the voltage to lower and hence lower speed/noise. They are very quiet if you use that adapter. I like them, they were 10 bucks each, and 2 speeds is nice if you want the option. o yeah, the version i got was the 80mm 3pin model.
