Would a Panaflo FBA12G12U1A be close to silent at 5v??

Just found a Panaflo 120mm FBA12G12U1A at sidewindercomputers for $12 which looks like it'd be great with the XP-120 I now have in the mail. This is a 2750 RPM, 114.7 CFM, 45.5 dBA fan. Any chance it would be even remotely close to silent at 5v?

Absolutely no way.

Seeing as how the much quieter, low speed "L1A" version of that fan isn't silent at 5V, I just can't see how the much louder "ultra high speed" U1A version would be any better.

Panaflo model numbering scheme.

Seeing as the FBA12G12M1A's run at 35.5 dBA / 86.5 CFM @12v and 19.5 dBa / 36 CFM @ 5v I figured that a FBA12G12U1A rated at 45.5 dBA / 114.7 CFM @ 12v would probably run at around 48 CFM / 25 dBa @ 5v.

Don't these numbers add up to the FBA12G12U1A being a pretty quiet fan at 5v if you need the airflow??

Err... where'd you get your information on the volume of a 120mm M1A at 5v? I don't think it's right at all.

I was just fielding a guess and was hoping maybe someone who had a better idea or actually owned one of the fans in question would chime in with more accurate info.
