AV fan gaskets

For a couple of bucks, are they useful or just a waste of money?

Jab-tech has 92mm and 120mm sizes available and I thought I might try them on my 92mm Nexus intake fans and 120mm Tri-cool (Solo case).

Reading the description, it sounds bogus (sealing the gap?) but for anti-vibration, they may be useful.

Just curious what you guys think.
