It has Hydro-Wave Bearing Technology. Sounds like a Papst but is by Titan at is rated at 32 db. At $4.99 is sounds pretty good and I can run it at 7v or 5v.

Well, it's definately not a Panaflo. Their 120mm fan is 38mm thick, not 25mm. Also, the part# and specs don't line up.
Interestingly... "HydroWave" is a Panasonic trademark.
Also, the picture has been edited. Note the absence of wires or sticker on the motor hub?
Edit: PCMods took the Panaflo picture and edited it to remove the sticker and wires to make this picture. I bet it's just a generic fan and they just used a panaflo picture. /Edit.

Maybe it's a YSTech?

Pabst fans don't have curved blades like this one.

Hmmmm.... :?

That's a real confusing shop display. Titan do sell fans (see here http://www.titan-cd.com/a12025.htm) and a lot of that spec is the same as the Titan aluminium frame 120mm. Except 50000 hours for a sleeve bearing is dubious, and indeed the Titan web site says theirs is 1 ball.

ps - I think Titan 120mm aluminium fans are made by Evercool, and certianly I have an Evercool EC12025M12S that starts and runs fine at 5V.
