I was thinking of changing the fan on my HR-03 for something a tad more powerful. I was thinking of this fan..

Not good. Current models have blue labels, so if the picture is accurate, you will get a white label papst that's at least 4 years old. Furthermore, the leads have dual 4 pin connectors. Where did they get these things?

Maybe it isn't that bad a choise, Papst fans are very sturdy.

But you might as well seek out an Panaflo or Nexus 92 if you can find/afford them :P

I think he can afford the Nexus easily.

The Papst he linked is US$22 :)

I would go with Nexus or Scythe personally.
