I heard that in a P182 with a Ultra 120 Extreme HS you shouldn't have NF-S12-1200's in your case due to pressure issues/something about air and the huge heatsink obstruction. What's this about?
Oh yeah, if this is true, then the S-Flex 1200 RPM fan doesn't suffer from this issue right?
What's this I hear about Noctua NF-S12-1200's and pressure?

This seems to be a popular *theory* (based on superficial observations of the Noctua fan design), but Noctua ship their own NH-U12F heatsink/fan combo with the NF-S12-1200, and it works pretty well according to most reviews.
Having said that, you probably won't go far wrong with the S-Flex (not the 800rpm version though), which has the added advantage of not being a girly white/pink with burgundy highlights, which of course cannot be entertained by any red-blooded heterosexual male.

Noctua 800's work fine on my Infinity and IFX-14
Granted, not as cool as Silverstone 120x32's at 1000 rpm, and not the 4 times as much noise, either.
it should be alright with something like ninja; put it in a tuniq and it's useless (i know, i tried:

same applies to using it as an exhaust fan - if there's a restrictive grill, the effectiveness drops big time. less restrictive or no grill at all - it's fantastic .

Noctua can't cope with backpressure or restrictive intake. Seen it happen, do believe it. It's wonderful with a non-restrictive exhaust like Antec honeycomb, but it pretty much blows(excuse the pun) at anything else. Mine howled when I closed the door on my Sonata II at full RPM, dropping RPM got rid of howling.
The Noctua 1200 performs well on their own big, spacious heatsink. For a ducted Thermalright it failed, look up the thread if you're interested.
The pressure performance has been discussed pretty thoroughly, only a matter of thread necromancy if you want to continue it.
