Looing for 2x 120mm fans for a SG03 case

Hello, this is my first post, so hi to all.

Anyways, I recently purchased my first SFF the SG03. Its a great little case BTW. Anyways, I'm looking to replace the single 120mm fan supplied with the case with two 120mm fans.

I've found it hard to find reviews from a number of the items on newegg.ca or my local store mysterybyte.com

I keep this computer in my room so I'm looking for fans that will run quiet when the system is idle and I don't really care how loud it is when its on load.

My system has a AMD Phenon 9500 so with "quiet and cool" tech the system doesn't draw all that much power when idle. The system has a Enermax Modu82+ for a powersuppy so I can plug the two fans directly into the motherboard or into the powersupply.

Ok, that was really helpful. I'm not sure how I missed that section. I guess it easier to find something if someone tells you its there. Anyways, I've decided on the Scythe S-Flex SFF21G . But I have what may seem to be a pretty silly question, how can I control the spin speed on the fans? Its directly related to the volts it recieving but the only way I can think of to control voltage is to plug the fan into a different power connector ie motherboard 3pin or powersupply 4pin.

You'll have to find an aftermarket fan controller or manually modify the voltage on the fans. Here's an excellent guide for the latter:

Make sure you mark any changed molex plugs with tape so you remember its not a standard config later on.

It depends what motherboard you have but I have a pair of 120mm Akasas in an SG03 powered from an Asus P5E-VM HDMI with a PWM-DC adaptor meaning that I'm able to let my motherboard control fan speed based on temperature:

Have a look and see if your motherboard supports fan control and if so, how.

It also depends what components you put in the system for what cooling you require. In mine the pair or fans at ~830rpm idle is plenty.
