What would a Zalman fanmate highest/lowest = in volt?

As the topic implies, I wonder if anyone knows what volts the highest and lowest setting on the fanmate equates to.

I believe they generally go from about 5V to a little under 12V. Maybe 11.5V or possibly even as low as 11V. I was just going to check one.... But then noticed I didn't have any laying around not in use at the moment and I don't feel like pulling one out of my PC.
