I am in need of a fan for my Cryorig C1 (140mm fan but with the mounting measurements that a 120mm fan would have).

Silent (HTPC is inside my bedroom)
24/7
Energy efficient
For Intel G4600

So far I could find:
Phanteks PH-F140HP PWM (discounted, but seems like I can still get one)
Phanteks PH-F140HP II PWM (no idea if it is any good)
Thermalright TY-147A PWM
Thermalright TY-147B PWM (no idea what is different compared to TY-147A)
Noctua NF-A15 PWM
Cryorig XF140

But which of those is the best (silent + good cooling + lifetime)?
Or is there another fan you would recommend me?

I have used multiple ty147a for lots of builds an been great, recently I bought some ty147b which suppose to have an upgraded bearing, and a the frame has incisions, thermalright claims is one DB quieter... To me it's the same. I would recommend either of them, but do remember you will need to control them via pwm to drop them to inaudible levels at full 1300 rpms are very noticeable.

Well i have owned both in different times, but i didnt compare them directly. The NF-A15 PWM can drop near to 200rpms from what i remember and can go up toward the 1200rpms (the included on heatsinks can go to 1500rpms), and i have no bad things to say about it, but i prefer the TY147A because of its colors, one thing to note is the NF-A15 on noctua coolers uses the trianglues to lay on the heatsink so you dont need to add any ruber like with most fans, but this is something that not all do.

Someday, if i manage to do a semi pro chamber i might test fans, i had the project for a long time, but things have gotten in the way, for me most of the fan specs are worthless, to me there only two outcomes of a fan, cooling and noise, so thats what i would like to measure and compare the fans, at a given db what temps you get and plotting a graph, then compare all fans, but this is still very far away, i dont have a place where i can measure low enough.

Hmm I wont be using the NF-A15 on a noctua cooler but the Cryorig C1..so I should use some rubber to help against vibrations?

Color is no concern to me. Just want the most silent, best cooling and longest living fan for a reasonable price.

The TY147A can go down to 300rpm too (according to specs) but it is only meant for ~50.000hours usage while Noctua says 150.000hours...not sure if that is a concern though.

Probably, but i never seen much vibration on either, that said it doesnt hurt to have it.

50K vs 150k idk, to me its more marketing, that said noctua does have very good CM, one of my NF-A14 PWM was defective with some off center wobble, and they sent me a new one =), so i would think they would exchange it as long as you have proof of purchase and you bought it from an autorized reseller.
