Silverstone Air Blazer 120R experiences?

Has anyone bought these fans?
They seemed to sound and perform a lot better than Noctua P12-redux in this Tech Buyer's Guru test. However I haven't seen literally anyone else reviewing these fans. Most other fan reviewers also don't test fans against mesh filters, which really makes a difference for some fans compared to how they sound in free air.
