would it be usefull or negligeable to place them between the desk and the under laptop?

sould il unscrew platic plates so that the air goes more directly inside or other hacks?

First thing to do should be to open the laptop and blow the heatsinks clean from dust. That could do a lot to help you.

There are often youtube clips on how to open the laptop (to replace a drive, add RAM or something else). Just type in your model number in YT's search field.

ok i ll try
meanwhile would it change something if i put 2 or 4 120 fans under the laptop? would that reduce the rpm of the fan inside the laptop?

wooo!

i would have to take almost all the laptop apart to reach the fan

so many wire to unconnect its a jungle!

is it safe to just blow in the outtake of air?

It should suffice to just open it to clean the heatsink(s).
Seems unlikely that you should have to disconnect (m)any wires.

Blowing into the ventilation holes is a bad idea for a couple of reasons:
1. If you blow lightly it won't be efficient in removing the dust.
2. If you blow hard (using compressed air or similar) a couple of problems can occur:
a) The airstream "miss" the cooler (if it's not in line with the venting holes).
b) The dust come loose, but gets somewhere else where it shouldn't be.
c) The airstream makes the fan spin at high speed in reverse, causing damage to the fan.
d) The gas molecules rubbing against the surfaces create static electricity, damaging sensitive components.

By opening the case and do the cleaning from the inside you can be much more precise.

can i do the cleaning with a ear q tip wet?
or do i have to completely take the fan out of the laptop?

The fan is rarely the (main) problem.
Dust in the cooling surfaces of the heatsink is, as well as build-up of dust preventing the airflow between the fins.
Use whatever means is most practical to you:
Blow with your mouth, use a cotton cloth, sweep with your finger, ...
You can even use a vacuum cleaner with caution. Keep the nozzle at least an inch away from the computer to avoid static discharges.

which heat sink? under the fan over the processor

or the long orange metal thing going accross?

do you agree that air compressed air bottle is not a good idea for cleaning the heat sink like others have said above?

I don't know what computer you have or how the heatsinks are arranged, but that doesn't matter.
Dust build-up on heatsinks is a problem. If you find dust on a heatsink you should try to remove it.

The "canned air" isn't compressed air but buthane or some other gas. There are three potential problems using it:
1. The gas is often flammable.
2. As the gas flows down the plastic pipe it can get statically charged.
3. It's often not powerful enough to get the surface clean unless you hold the muzzle very close to the dirty surface.
Combine 2. and 3. and you can get ESD-problems that might damage sensitive components.
Add 1. into the mix, and an electrostatic discharge might start a fire.

If using actual compressed air from a regular compressor point 1. is gone, but point 2. gets exaggerated. Then point 3. is reversed, so that the risk is that the high powered air causes mechanical damage...
