The worst thing happened this morning.
I woke up and dragged myself to the computer and moved my mouse so the screen would refesh up.
I was checking my email and then i notice this loud clicking from my computer.
I was like WTF. The fan is running at 12V too.
I have been enjoying weeks of uber quietness every since i installed the nexus 3000.
I opened up my case and i notice it was coming from the nexus "real silent" 120mm exhaust fan.
to test this i stuck a pen in the fan to stop it from spining, as soon as i did the noise went away!!
I took the pen out and the clicking noise is gone but i am afraid it is gonna come back:(
Now I guess it is a good time to try these globe fans Ed recommends.
Anyone else wanna throw some fan recommendations at me? maybe i shound get a 120 panaflo and have a Ralf clone but athlon base hehe

RaNDoMMAI - where are you located (country wise)?
I've had good experience with the Evercool Aluminium 120 mm fans. They're running under "TITAN" in Europe ... depending what country you're in, they should be easy to find (make sure you get the M-speed variant, not the H-speed ones!).
Hope this helps .
P.S.: They're a bit of a pain to mount (I resorted to using Bluefront's method of using cable-ties), but are GREAT for what I want and need - a good combo of quiet + much CFM .

@ shathal
I am in tampa FL. South east of the US
I have 2 evercool aluminum 120mm and i find they to be just loud enough to hear air noise from a meter away. i'm a little picky and i dont want to hear anything from a meter away.
I got them at directron and i am sure i got the M version.
@spyderCat
I have email Silicon Acoustics and they have not replied yet, thx for the tip
