How about the Thermaltake Shark?

Edit: My bad, this is a full tower case and you want mid-tower.

Re: Macase Galaxy II / D8000
Whoa! You're the only guy I've ever meet online who's ever even heard of Macase. I work for a procurement dept. in the south-east USA, and we get our whiteboxes from them among other things.Politik wrote: I'm concerned about the bezel over the front fan.. the review of the Macase Galaxy II says it seems restrictive. Although I do like the filter. I dont see how I can mod the bezel without making the case ugly...
I have both the Macase Galaxy KA-180 and KA-280 (link). While where would really be no problem with putting two 120mm case fans in the lower front of the KA-180 (I actually thought about putting a Bonnie heatercore there for a little while), the KA-280 grill is a little smallish for a 120mm. A 92mm would be about right (both would require modding at is accepts on a 80mm by default).
As for the filter, it's really just a 'pantyhose' filter. You could make that yourself.
FYI for my next build, I'll be replacing my KA-180 full tower with a Silverstone TJ04 + external modular rad box (watercooling).

There's a review over here of that case:
http://www.hardcoreware.net/reviews/review-242-1.htm
It apparently has some issues with sata drives. Nice if you like really big cases.
http://www.ahanix.com/landrover.html link is bad
FK-320 Super Mid-Tower is another. EDIT: nevermind, it has a 90mm exhaust

Wow -- Keyword search of "120mm" in NewEgg cases
Wow -- do a Keyword search of "120mm" in New Egg ATX cases!
Here's an InWin case with 120mm exhaust, 120mm fanned PowerMan PS -- and it might even have a 120mm up front, too...and the front grill look quite open!
http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproductde ... 335&DEPA=1
This one *could* be a real sleeper -- *if* the PS is quiet(ish), and if the fan is quiet (or can be made to run quietly) -- that would be icing on the cake! I can't imagine that it will be a sturdy as an Antec (though is is made from 0.8mm SECC steel), but for $65 *shipped*, it could be a huge bargain...
http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproductde ... 006&DEPA=1
Can you say [Yeong Yang "Mars" YY-5603 mid-tower case]?

of all holy things svelte and non-garish, some of those are just plain gaudy looking . i guess to each their own. but yeah, it seems that people have neglected the whole newegg idea. granted, there's a lot of product there, but you gotta search through it to find some keepers. i chose those athenatech b/c of their appearance as well as functionality. call me a sucker, but i bought the coolermaster praetorian because it looked good. too bad the four 80mm fans are freaking loud as anything. but yeah - nice find on the aerocool - i forget where i've seen that air-tube before, but it's a nice concept.

black version of the InWin
Hello:
In case you're interested, NewEgg now also has the black version of the above InWin IW-C720T.I300BFU2AD (boy, what a stupid name!) case in stock (it's the top one in my post above):
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDe ... 334&depa=1
Any takers to give this one a whirl?

Hello & Welcome to SPCR!
Hello & Welcome to SPCR!
It may not be free breathing enough! Seriously, you had better have quiet fans (or no fans) in that case, because every dB will be audible...vapb400 wrote: That Yesico is is sweet, i froogled it with no results

What about this beast. It has no more than 3! 120mm fans installed.
$120 for this one, including 420W PSU. Their most expensive. I think it looks cool. And i'm almost 40 years old
PSU is optional I'd like a review
Edit: There are links to reviews on their website.

Acousticase AC6607 has 120mm fans
The Acousticase AC6607 has 120mm fans front and rear (these are not included though when you buy the case).
It also comes with the precut Acoustipack so the sound insulation is very good

the NEW VERSION of the Aopen h600B also has an 12 cm fan on the backside
but, I repeat, only the NEW version... older ones have 2x 8 cm openings.
(this is thanks to burcakb, he emailed Aopen, advising them to make the outtake larger... also see

A sub-$150 Lian Li with both 120mm intakes and outtakes here! And this one is a mid-tower, not a full tower like my previous post!

The Silverstone TJ06 can also be modded to fit a dual 120mm Rad in the front if you sacrifice the 80mm fan and Wind Tunnel. The front bezel hides any modfication you make for a nice clean look.thezfunk wrote:Hey guys you probably have answered this question before but I ask forgiveness. I am looking for a case with DUAL rear 120mm case fans for a watercooling project and I have looked and looked and I can't find any! Anyone have a suggestion?
