Anyone had any experience with this? it says it's 19.0dBA...

Nope, can't say I have - I haven't seen them mentioned here before either. I'd be cautious about how accurate the rating is... do you have a website for them?
Sorry to repeat what you've probably already read here, but for 120mm fans you can't beat a Nexus, or a Globe if you need a bit more airflow.

Yes they have been mentioned here. I also have them. It seems that most users that have both Glacialtech and Nexus, find them to be pretty close to each other. That is a good thing.

The problem is, that apparently the Glacialtech fans are made by Everflow and some users posted reports of Everflow bearings wearing out pretty quickly. This has not been reported with Glacialtech, atleast not yet.

If you use forum search it should give you a thread or two about them. But overall, good fans. But if the price difference isn't big, go for the Nexus

I've tried to find them in the us but no luck. I realize that a nexus is probably better but I'm collecting as many different reasonably good fans as I can. They seem to be available in most countries except the us. Where did you see one s ninja? Aleksi, I know they have them where you are. - FG

i saw them @ http://www.anitec.ca/?mode=product_detail&pid=2749. I know i can gey my hands on the nexus, but i heard that it doesn't produce much airflow...does this matter?

I have nexus for case fans and xp-120, but I would like to move a little more air on the heatsink. Plus I have started a fan collection and I would like to get a silentblade eventually. I have an intel p4 3.4 so I probably need a little more cooling reserve than amd guys. But I think the consensus is if you only need 1000 or less rpm get the nexus, but if you need more you can get a globe or acoustifan or a silentblade is probably a good choice but they are not talked about that much here. - FG

max rpm / cfm of silentblade is ~ that of nexus

1700 rpm and 19db seems very over-rated for a 120mm fan.

i'm trying to source these fans to resell in the usa (among others), and all glacialtech told me was "there are no usa sales channels." great.

a canada reseller wants $7 US per fan in bulk, which is very high for 120mm fans, so i'm seeing if any other countries are more favorable (australia seems to be).

other fans i'm pursuing:

powmax m1202512l (rebadged globe? who cares? globe ignores emails)
xinruilian rdl1225sl
nidec d12t-12ps7
ystech fd121225lb (special 1100rpm edition? duplicate model #'s suck)

Was quoting from the link posted by S_NINJA. that fan is rated 1700rpm and 19db. I'm kind-of doubtful with this fan because of it's bearing anyways. Generally ball bearings are clicky and noisy.

I guess I've gotten some specs mixed up. The silverstone tj-06 that's reviewed here uses a 9 blade sleeve bearing fan made by everflow. MikeC says that at low speed its similar to a nexus except for some bearing sloppiness, and it goes up to 2200 rpm, and he goes on to say that it has an excellent balance of quietness and air flow. It looks like everflow makes several different versions of 9 blade fans. - FG
