Before it gets RMA'd Id like to know what this noise is:

its a high pitched clicking which sounds like sparks :x

was very happy with it until now

Well the pusles are at exaclty 50hz. I have no idea what woudl make pulses at that frequncy, alhtough it seems probably that you live in europe and that it is somethign wrong before the AC-> DC conversion.

Could it be a fan that has worn out. When does it start? As soon as you turn it on or later?

Its not a fan as when its powered down the fans continue to run and the clicking goes away, i tried running valve stress test and the noise increased a lot :shock:

Im not gonna risk using it anymore and its going back to OCUK

Considering our mains is 50Hz, there's no surprise the clicking is at 50Hz...

u can always use a q-tip to slowly stop the 92mm fan and then turn off the 80mm fan and retest.

I suspect it's the 92mm fan. My noistaker 475 has a less severe version of what you got, far less severe, and it is coming from the 92mm fan.
